The client portal is to be used by Housing Choice Voucher Clients (HCV/Section 8) as well as Public Housing Tenants.
This will help keep all information that is specific to a client in one place. When the housing authority places a document in the client portal, the client will receive an email notification. And when the client places an item in the portal, the housing authority will be notified.
Recertifications will be conducted thru the client portal, in the near future.
Tenants who regularly communicate thru email will be the first to be sent access to the portal.
