Important, Applicant Information!

  1. Applicants are responsible for updating contact information and household changes.  IF EHA Staff attempts to contact you and the information you provided has changed, you will be REMOVED from the waiting list.  THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS THE APPLICANT!

    Submitting an application for the waiting list, does not guarantee that you will qualify for assistance.

  2. The estimated wait time is unknown, typically several years.  

  • The need for affordable housing is great.  The demand exceeds the assistance available.
