HCV/Section 8 Rent "Estimator"

This is a tool, to give you an idea of what the rental amount would be close to; it is not exact!

  • Gross income is the amount you earn before any taxes or deductions are taken.

  • Remember to include child support, TANF, retirement, etc. as part of your income.

  • Use the Utility Allowance to determine the estimated utilities for the estimator.
