How to Apply
Elgin HA is currently not accepting applications. All waiting lists are closed for new applicants. Currently, we do not have a date scheduled to begin accepting applications for our waiting lists. You can join our mailing list to receive an e-mail notification of any upcoming wait list opening dates for Elgin Housing Authority, we will also occasionally share any waitlist openings for surrounding housing authorities that we are notified of.
Other Housing Authorities
Every Housing Authority has it's own separate waiting list. There are a lot of housing authorities in Texas. If you are willing to relocate, you could possibly receive assistance immediately or much sooner at another housing authority.
