Public Housing is housing assistance at the Elgin Housing Authority. The Elgin Housing Authority currently manages the Village East Apartments, a 28-unit apartment community.

When your online application reaches the top of the waitlist you will be notified by email. If we are unable to contact you, your name will be removed from the waitlist.
