Tenant portals are for both Public Housing and Section 8 Tenants.  An account is required to access the portal. A Registration Code is also needed which will be provided by the Housing Authority. If you have not set up your tenant portal login and need a code contact Michelle at michelle_elginhousing@mail.com.

  • Online Recertification 

  • Secure Document Exchange

  • Electronic Signatures

  • Online Payment Processing (public housing only)

  • Online Work Order Request (public housing only)

  • Tenant Balance Lookup (public housing only)

  • Bank Account Information (Section 8 Only for Utility Reimbursement Payments)
